The results page displays the results for any search that was performed on the website.

For regular plats, the following fields are displayed: Date, Description, Reference, Number of Images (direct scans / microfilm scans), and Accession Number (with a link to the Unit Page).

For State Highway Administration plats, the following fields are displayed: Project Number, Plat Number, Date Issued, Date Recorded, County, Termini, Number of Images, and Accession Number (with a link to the Unit Page).

1. By default, your search results include only those entries that have images available in the PLATS.NET system.

Example: If a search has a total of 408 results but only 146 of these have images,  then the text will read:

Displaying 1-146 of 146 results with images of 408 total records.

2. If you select the checkbox Show records with no images, all entries will be listed.

3. The Filter Tool  allows you to narrow search results by the fields Description, Date or Reference.

Example: If you enter “map”  into the Description filter box and click the Filter button, the results table would display only those records that include the word "map" in their description field.

4. The Remove Filters button removes all filters that you added to the search results and reverts the table to the results for the initial search.

5.The Previous and Next buttons allow you to navigate through multi-paged search results. You can also jump to a given page.

6. The Sort By menu lets you sort the results by the following criteria:

• Date Descending
• Date Ascending
• Accession Number Descending
• Accession Number Ascending
• Description
• Reference

7. The New Search button returns you to the county page to begin a new search.

8. If you want to print your search results, click the Print Results button. A new tab will open in a printer friendly format allowing you to print using your browser's printer controls.

9. If you click the Accession Number (which is a link to the unit page) the page with an image of the plat will load.
